Six months ago I decided enough was enough! With your help I calculated my BMR, BMI and came up with daily calorie needs to lose weight. With your advice I bought a food scale and weigh every, single crumb that goes into my mouth! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and am now up to walking/running 3K four times/week. I've lost 33 pounds and attribute that to the information you offer in your terrific articles. Thank you, Jayden! Your financial articles are pretty good too!
